Compensation Framework & Commercial Policy

We would like to clearly outline our compensation principles to avoid misunderstandings at the application stage.

Our brand operates within a sustainable and economically viable business model.
For this reason, we do not consider arbitrary or inflated pricing models that are disconnected from real commercial performance or market economics.

Our approach to compensation

Content creation and promotional activity are assessed as working time, not as speculative media assets.

Compensation is therefore calculated in alignment with UK labour regulations, specifically based on the UK National Minimum Wage / National Living Wage framework.

As a reference:

  • One standard Instagram post = equivalent of one hour of work
  • One set of stories = equivalent of one hour of work
  • Rates are aligned with the current UK National Living Wage

This approach ensures:

  • Fairness
  • Legal compliance
  • Long-term cooperation potential
  • A sustainable model that allows the business to operate, grow and continue collaborations

Pricing structures such as:

  • “£500 per post”
  • “£300 per story”
  • or similar speculative rates

will not be considered, as they make commercial activity non-viable and contradict basic economic logic.

Legal basis

Our compensation framework is aligned with:

  • UK National Minimum Wage Act
  • UK National Living Wage regulations
  • HM Government wage guidance for lawful remuneration

These regulations define lawful minimum hourly compensation for work performed in the United Kingdom and serve as the foundation of our collaboration model.

What we value instead

We prioritise:

  • Long-term partnerships over one-off postings
  • Consistent content creation
  • Genuine brand alignment
  • Authentic audience engagement
  • Scalable collaboration models

Applicants who share a professional, realistic and growth-oriented mindset are encouraged to apply.
