The nordmar.uk and thecashmere.co.uk website is owned and operated by LLC NORDMAR CHARTERING LTD (trading as "Sir Yuriy Melnichuk" and "UBBE SELLIER"), registered at 411B Chingford Road, Walthamstow, London, United Kingdom, E17 5AF.

CONNECTED WEBSITES AND DOMAIN REDIRECTION

  • The websites nordmar.uk and thecashmere.co.uk are both operated by LLC NORDMAR CHARTERING LTD.

  • Any reproduction, imitation, distribution, transmission, modification, adaptation, publication, reverse-engineering, commercial use or exploitation of any of these trademarks or visual identity elements, in whole or in part, for any purpose whatsoever and in any form, without prior written authorization from LLC NORDMAR CHARTERING LTD, is strictly prohibited.
  • Use of our trademarks or symbols does not grant the user any license or ownership rights.

Meaning and inspiration (brand identity & story)

  • Our brand symbols are original artistic and conceptual creations developed exclusively for the Sir Yuriy Melnichuk and UBBE brands.
  • They reflect two core inspirations:
    • A long-standing admiration for horses and equestrian sport, historically associated with heritage craftsmanship, discipline, elegance and the traditions of refined society.
    • Nordic heritage motifs, including the axe as a symbol of early craftsmanship, strength and survival - representing the idea of creating clothing and functional objects from raw environments through skill, resilience and hand-craftsmanship.
  • The candle element represents light, protection, inner guidance and the continuity of personal path and legacy.
  • These elements form part of our unique storytelling, artistic direction and visual identity.
  • They do not imply or suggest affiliation, endorsement, lineage, inspiration source, or any connection with any third party, historical figure, brand or organization.

3. REPLENISHMENT NOTIFICATION SERVICE

  • LLC NORDMAR CHARTERING LTD (trading as Sir Yuriy Melnichuk and UBBE) offers customers the option to receive a notification when a product displayed on nordmar.uk or thecashmere.co.uk (the "Website") is temporarily out of stock.
  • By clicking "Notify me" and registering for the notification service, you agree to create a customer account or, if you already have one, to log in using the email address associated with your account ("Registration").
  • Registration for the notification service does not guarantee that the product will be restocked, nor does it constitute a reservation or purchase of the product.
